Taking Roads Less Traveled

Two roads diverged in a wood and we...

We always try to take the road less traveled by. And that DOES make all the difference.

Robert Frost’s poem has always been meaningful to Kristin. A copy hung on her wall in college. She referred to it time and time again, when explaining the paths she had taken in life.

How very existential of her.

Thomas learned about the poem quickly after meeting Kristin. He is much more pragmatic and took it as a sign. Vacations should be spontaneous.

Kristin is the planner. She plans short outings and long road trips. (She spent months planning this blog, before she started.)

Thomas points on a map and says, “what is the most indirect way to get there? And is there a mountain pass or two for us to get lost in?” For a planner, it can be a bit scary at first.

These two apparently opposite traits have turned out to be the perfect mix.
